"NRUTYA* SHABDA": Essay Writing Competition, 2016

***DETAILS OF THE COMPETITION***

(A) Registration:

(1) No entry fee or age criteria 

(2) Register your name at any of the following e-mail ID-s:

      or

(3) After registration, a proforma application form will be sent to you. Download and fill it in and send to the same e-mail ID.

(4) Acceptance of your participation will be confirmed by e-mail.

(5) Last date for acceptance of participation: September 30, 2016.

(B) Writing and submission of the essay:

(1) Five topics will be declared and sent to the participants on October 2, 2016. You can choose any one of them.

(2) Participant may give a different sub-title to his/her essay under the topic.

(3) The essay should be between 800 and 1000 words.

(4) Language(s) of expression: Marathi, English, Hindi (any one)

(5) Use of images allowed in the essay.

(6) Handwritten / computer typeset papers will be accepted.

(7)     (a) Last date for receipt of the essay: October 25, 2016

          (b) Submission should be done in PDF on or before the last date to any of the e-mail ID-s  mentioned above, or through a hard copy of the same to the following address so as to reach on or before the last date:

          (c) References of works cited, if any, may be given at the end of the essay separately.

          (d) Title portion, registration number, author's name and address and references section will not be counted in the word limit assigned for the essay.

          (e) Copy of matter from other participant's essay--in full or in part--will tend to disqualify both the participants. 

(C) Results and prizes:

(1) Results of the competition will be duly announced by the organizers at: www.kalasamvaad.blogspot.com . Intimation of the results will be sent to the winners.

(2) Three prizes will be announced for the best of the essays. The prizes will be in the form of a token of appreciation from the organizers. 

(3) The judges' decision will be final.

(4) All rights regarding declaration of any or all results are reserved. 

(5) Certificates of participation will be given to all participants.
